User Agreement

Welcome to AI PM Hub. By registering, accessing, or using our website and community, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These User Agreement, together with our Privacy Guidelines, govern your use of AI PM Hub. We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Significant changes will be announced via email and site banner at least 14 days in advance.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use AI PM Hub. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • One person = one account. Account sharing or selling is prohibited.

4. Community Rules – Be Professional & Respectful

You agree to:

  • Post only professional, on-topic content related to AI product management, technology, career growth, and related fields.
  • Not harass, bully, threaten, or impersonate others.
  • Not share illegal, hateful, defamatory, or abusive content.
  • Not post pornography, explicit material, or excessive profanity.
  • Not spam, advertise unrelated products/services, or post referral/affiliate links without disclosure.
  • Not share confidential information belonging to current or former employers.
  • Respect intellectual property – give credit when quoting or sharing content.

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without warning.

5. Content Ownership & License

  • You retain ownership of content you post.
  • By posting, you grant AI PM Hub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, moderate, and archive your content on the platform.
  • You may delete your posts or account at any time (subject to our data retention policy).

6. Moderation & Enforcement

  • Moderators and admins may edit, move, or delete content to maintain quality and safety.
  • Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent banning without refund (if applicable in the future).

7. Limitation of Liability

AI PM Hub is provided “as-is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that content will always be accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ends immediately.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the European Union (with specific jurisdiction in Germany). Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Berlin, Germany.
