At AI PM Hub (aipmhub.com), we take your privacy and the privacy of every community member very seriously. Below is our full, transparent privacy policy written in clear language.
1. What We Collect and Why

We do NOT collect or store:
- Payment information (we don’t sell anything yet)
- Precise geolocation
- Government ID or any sensitive personal data
- Data for advertising or third-party tracking
2. How We Protect Your Data
- All traffic is encrypted with TLS 1.3
- Passwords are hashed with Argon2id (military-grade)
- Private messages are encrypted at rest and in transit (only sender & receiver can decrypt)
- Backups are encrypted and stored in the EU
- Regular security audits and penetration testing
- Two-factor authentication (2FA) strongly recommended and supported
3. Who Can See Your Information

You can make your profile completely private (visible only to approved members) at any time in Settings → Privacy.
4. Data Retention
- Account data: Kept as long as your account is active
- Deleted account: All personal data permanently removed within 14 days (posts can be anonymized instead of deleted if you prefer)
- Backups: Maximum 90 days, then overwritten
5. Your Rights (GDPR, CCPA, and beyond)
You have the right to:
- Access all data we hold about you (export in JSON/CSV)
- Rectify incorrect information
- Delete your account and data (“Right to be forgotten”)
- Restrict or object to processing
- Data portability
- Withdraw consent at any time
Just email privacy@aipmhub.com or use the “Delete My Account” button in your profile.
6. Children
AI PM Hub is not intended for persons under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
7. Third-Party Services We Use

No social media pixels, no Google Analytics, no advertising partners.
8. Changes to This Policy
We will notify all members by email and in-site announcement at least 30 days before any material change takes effect.
